Stuart graduated with a Diploma in Hotel Supervisory Management from the Institute of Tourism Studies in 1998. After graduating he returned to London and spent a year working in the F&B department of a leading 5-star hotel, where he got a taste of the Jewish and Japanese cultures. He was then part of the pre-opening teams of the two leading hotels in St. Julians. In one of these hotels Stuart spent over nine years with the last position held being that of Assistant F&B Director. For four years he worked as an F&B Manager in a 5 Star hotel, before joining the CaterEssence team, where he held the position of Deputy GM within the Hotels and Restaurants Division. Stuart has since joined the CareMalta Group and occupies the position of Facility Manager within one of the Elderly Homes.
