Antoinette is a qualified staff nurse and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontology and Geriatrics as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She has over twenty years of experience working in leadership roles, where she directed and oversaw operations and strategic planning. She was involved in formulating and delivering various training programs in health care settings. Antoinette participated as a mentor in the Mentoring Programme EU Project ESF 3.196 ‘Gender Equality in Decision-Making’. Antoinette lectures in the award  in healthcare and advanced award in healthcare programmes.
