Dr Mallia is a software project manager by profession. Joseph specialises in Enterprise Architecture, Project Methodologies, Business Portfolio Management, Risk Assessment Analysis and Business Continuity. 

He holds a PhD in Business Transformation and Strategy Development through Enterprise Architecture and an MSc in Software Project Management, both with the University of Aberdeen. Joseph is well experienced in leading and directing projects with local and international stakeholders in the international financial sector. With his experience and participation in several task forces and committees, he helps organisations to transform and change teams from the traditional approach towards agile philosophy, enhancing productivity and process excellence.

The introduction towards agility facilitates the creation of human and organisational connection, collaboration and sustainable aligned business strategy to focus on effectiveness, productivity and vision; harvesting knowledge, information sharing and availability. Joseph aims at making knowledgeable organisations work together to reach and maintain performance, control and productivity.

He is an experienced lecture and shares ideas on business improvement, innovation and best practices in managing projects.
