Mr Daniel Cassar is an Organisational Psychologist Practitioner who graduated from the University of Leicester. He is the HR Manager at Delta (Malta) Ltd. and his objective is to safeguard the well-being of the employees through a positive working environment and an effective HR function.
Mr Cassar also founded his consultancy firm, Endeavour, with the aim of helping people find value and fulfilment from work. He specialises in the relationship between team leaders and members, utilising his expert knowledge on leadership and team management to help strengthen this relationship and develop better synergy in the workplace. Daniel is also heavily involved in the Scout Movement, where he has held a leading position for more than 10 years.
