Pierre has led several media projects and managed newsrooms throughout his long career as a journalist and Editor-in-Chief. Over the years, he trained many people in audio-visual communication and employed scores of workers both in his communications company and in others he was entrusted to manage. He served as a director of private and state companies. A University of Malta graduate Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Communications, he is reading for a Master’s degree specifically in Media systems. His focus on strategic and corporate communication is what motivated him to share his knowledge and experience with undergraduates. He has authored and produced award-winning TV programmes and drama series and worked with international broadcasting companies on TV formats. He also led teams in the digital marketing and gaming sectors and worked on media campaigns on national platforms. Throughout his career, Pierre consulted numerous business entities.
