Mr. Joseph Bugeja is presently engaged as a Director Quality of Service in the Public Service. His assignments are related to People Management, Quality Management, and Project Leader of ESF projects.
He has more than 27 years’ experience in training, development and coaching of people, in accredited courses at MQF Level 7 to 5 and supervisor and examiner of dissertations and research projects.
He also has more than 20 years of contribution in voluntary work.
Lecturing and training is one of Mr. Bugeja’s many passions.
In 2019 he was awarded the outstanding FEMA (Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy) Lecturer Award at the University of Malta.
