Gabrijel Spagnol is a warranted educator who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Hons.), specialising in Nutrition, Family and Consumer Studies from the University of Malta. At present, he is teaching Hospitality and Home Economics at St Aloysius College in Birkirkara.
He holds a vast knowledge and experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry. Gabrijel is passionate about chocolate crafting with a particular interest in handmade artisanal bonbons.
