Sana Grillo

Sana Grillo is a Sport Psychology Practitioner with a strong academic and athletic background. She completed three years of undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University of Malta, followed by a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Staffordshire University.


Sport has always been at the heart of her life. She was a member of the Gymnastics National Team for several years and represented Malta internationally, including competing at the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia. She has since transitioned into athletics and is now part of the National Athletics Team in Pole Vault. Experiencing sport both as an elite athlete and a practitioner has given her a unique understanding of the mental demands that high-performance athletes face daily.
