With a passion for learning and development, Myra has first-hand experience in management and business development. For the past nine years, she has been committed to helping people, leaders and organisations develop to achieve their professional and business goals.
Myra has solid management experience with training providers in Malta and the UK.
Before moving into leadership coaching and consultancy, she managed a group of Language Schools and headed a Foreign Language and Cultural Competence Training Centre. She managed teams over 60 trainers, working with high profile clients in the UK such as the FCO and the Big Four.
In 2012, Myra moved back to Malta, her home-country, and focused more on professional development. She has worked with senior executives and HR teams to co-create developmental and coaching packages that align with the companies’ strategy and objectives. Projects she has worked on include:

Myra has a degree in Communications, a Masters in Applied Linguistics, Certification in Train-the-Trainer and is a PRISM® Brain Mapping and DiSC® practitioner. She is also a Certified Scrum Master. She continues to engage in continuous professional development and keeps up to speed with current learning methodologies and business trends.
