This basic qualification is ideal for all foreign employees and their employers since it is aimed to help the employee communicate better with Maltese speaking clients and co-workers as well as to better understand the Maltese way of going about doing things.

Quality service is fundamental to the hospitality industry and particularly within food & beverage sector in Malta and it is essential for those employed in this sector to provide professional high-quality service. The purpose of this award is to take employees to the next level in their understanding of what it means to provide excellent quality service and offer outstanding service to all customers and guests, thus improving their effectiveness and the company’s competitiveness in the hospitality industry.
The course is made up of 12 units with a total contact time of 120 hours with 24 ECVETs.
This qualification is designed for middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their key skills enabling them to manage people, processes and performance in an effective manner .
The Course consists of 60 credits.
This qualification will be available as from Autumn 2019
This qualification is aimed for those who either are already working in the area of disability or who would like to take up a career in this sector.
