This Award in Leadership and Management is designed for new and aspiring middle managers who wish to develop or grow professional management skills, including problem solving and decision-making, performance management, managing team dynamics, delegation and motivation.
COURSE DURATION
The course is made up of three hour-long sessions held twice a week over a period of 10 weeks, with a total of 60 contact hours.
