Quality service is fundamental to the hospitality industry and particularly within food & beverage sector in Malta and it is essential for those employed in this sector to provide professional high-quality service. Hence Learning Works has recognised the need for a course which is designed to give the flexibility for the learners to study, work and manage personal life to continue develop their vocational career. The Award provides a specialist work-related program of study that offers both breadth and depth of and understanding with the practical skills required in the Hospitality & F&B sectors.

This qualification is built in line with the National Occupational Standards in relation to hospitality in Malta and successful candidates should be eligible for employment in variety of contexts in food and beverage industry 

Target Candidates:

The Award is aimed at students who are currently working or desire to work in hospitality and waitering profession

Course Structure:

The Course is made up of 11 units with a total contact time of 120 hours with 24 ECVETs.
